01.   What does it mean to be a Consultant?
It means that you represent our range of products and sell one-on-one in person, through in-home Parties, and online. You take control and decide when and where to sell and how much time you want to invest in the business. This lets you create a business that fits your life, scaling up or down as you wish.

02.   Can I be successful?
Come as you are! There are no special skills required; all you need to achieve success is the excitement and desire to style girlfriends in the comfort of their home.  It is as simple as enjoying a few afternoons or evenings out each week doing Parties.  You will hit the ground running with amazing support from your Company.

03.   How many hours do I need to work?
There is no "need to" at Essential Additions – only "want to." You decide how much or little you want to spend on your business, based on your schedule and desired income. Some Consultants have outside jobs and only work 5-10 hours a week, while others make Essential Additions their full-time business. We're flexible so your life can be, too.

04.   How can online sales help me earn even more?
Encourage your customers to view our online store and purchase additional products when they are not partying with you. By quoting your name at the time of purchase you can earn commission on the sale. A great tool to promote as you can earn even more income any time of the day.

05.   How do I book my first Parties?
It’s easy! You have a great Hostess Promotion to promote to your potential customers? You will start with “sure things” (mum, sister, best friend) and from there you will learn how to book Parties. We will provide all the necessary training, tools and materials to get you started. It’s as simple as jotting down names in each of your social circles – such as friends, family and neighbours- and asking them to host a Party. They simply provide the house and the friends while you bring your fabulous products and brochures and indulge their girlfriends in a casual, fun, no-pressure environment. Customers get to try and buy our fabulous range of products, hostesses earn free and half price items and you earn a commission on sales. Everyone wins!

06.   Is there a minimum I need to sell to remain a Consultant?
No. Essential Additions is designed to fit any woman's lifestyle, so you may commit as much time as you want to this business. If you choose to build a team, we ask Leaders to lead by example, and therefore we do require that you submit retail sales each month.

07.   Will I receive any training or marketing support?
Yes! We provide the training, tools and support that you need to run a thriving business.
