Getting Started Course


We believe that comprehensive training is vital to insure your success from day one. When you join Essential Additions you’ll get the best, easiest to follow training available in the Party Plan industry. Better still, it’s done as a Correspondence Course with DVD's and telephone tutorials, so you don’t even need to leave your lounge room. (By the way, it’s also provided free of charge to you.)

A result of this excellent training is that Essential Additions Consultants consistently enjoy the highest sales averages of any Party Plan company.

Of course training and support doesn’t stop there. There are regular seminars and workshops, there is the advanced ACE Consultants Course and the Gary Glenn Success Strategies Program. All of these are available to all Consultants free, or for a token charge. What all this means for you is that you’ll start with confidence and continue to get a real sense of achievement as you go along.




 

What about the 'money' side of things? How much will I earn?


At Essential Additions you are paid a base commission of 20% on full GST inclusive product retail sales. On top of that there is a further 2.5% monthly bonus on your entire sales amount once you reach bonus level. (Bonus level is equal to about one Presentation per week). Because of the fantastic, well priced, product range that “sells itself”, Essential Additions Consultants enjoy amongst the very highest sales averages in the whole Party Plan industry. Obviously your sales at each Presentation will vary so there is a handy table below for you to calculate your earnings (remember this is for ONE Presentation).

An average Essential Additions Presentation takes about 4 hours; this includes your preparation, travel and setting up time, shopping time as well as delivery. As you can see from the table the hourly rates Essential Additions Consultants earn are nothing short of fantastic.

Even better, you ‘pay yourself’ in cash at the time of delivery to the Hostess from the money you collect, so you’re not waiting for cheques in the mail.

Best of all you don’t have to pay money upfront to receive the goods for your customers, you simply bank the proceeds from the delivery after you’ve been paid.



...but there's "MORE"!


Naturally all Consultants are able to introduce other new Consultants to this wonderful lifestyle. In fact you can start introducing new Consultants as soon as you send in your Registration. You’ll have the satisfaction of knowing that you have introduced someone to a lifestyle and income that they’ll love. To get you started, you’ll receive a “Buddy Bonus” of a $150 shopping voucher for each new Consultant you introduce within 1 month of your registration. After that you’ll receive a $100 cash bonus for each and every new Consultant you introduce.
 

...and even "MORE"!


When you have introduced at least 5 Consultants you can qualify to be promoted to Team Leader. As Team Leader you receive an extra 6.5% bonus commission on your own sales. You also receive a large cash bonus each month based on the sales of your Team. As soon as you have just 8 Consultants in your Team you can also qualify for a company car. From there you can progress to Three Star Team leader where you’ll enjoy a $100,000 plus income and a BMW or luxury Four Wheel Drive.

Because Party Plan is all about having an enviable lifestyle, Essential Additions has a luxury ‘resort style’ property, “Mt Edna”, set in 300 acres of tropical rainforest at beautiful Mission Beach in Far North Queensland. This is used for ‘live in’ training programs and seminars for Team Leaders and prospective Team Leaders. Even better, “Mt Edna”, is available year round for holidays by Team Leaders and their families. Best of all, family holiday accommodation at Mt Edna is free for Team Leaders.


 

The EasyStart Program


We have always believed that every new Consultant deserves the best chance of a successful start by having a comprehensive sample kit. (After all, most people do like to look and touch before they buy). Essential Additions is unique in offering you two easy, low cost ways of getting your kit.
 

SmartRent


This is for you if you want the lowest cost start without
the responsibility of owning your own kit. You simply “SmartRent” the entire kit which consists of current products plus equipment like clipboards, tablecloths, stands etc and is worth over $3,000. Even more importantly, your “SmartRent” also covers the up to $1,000 worth of new items that are added to the range every season. (You pay nothing extra to receive the new items.)

Amazingly “SmartRent” is only $17 per week. Once you have been a Consultant for 3 years* or have been promoted to Team Leader your rent is free.

As you would expect, there’s a security bond of $450 (this is refundable if you leave). You can pay this in a lump sum as you receive your kit, or you can start with a deposit of just $100 and pay off the balance with the commission from your first few Presentations.

OK, so what do I do now?


You just fill out the Registration Form, hand it to your Consultant, alternatively you can post or fax it to us directly. Please include $30 to cover the Catalogues, Invitations etc that you will be giving to your initial Hostesses.

The ‘Getting Started Course’ package will arrive in your letter box in a couple of days and you’ll be on your way to your new lifestyle and an income that’ll you’ll be proud of.
